    Room cost: $160 plus tax. The deadline to make your reservation and to take advantage of the IMVAC discounted room rate is October 14th (A credit card guarantee is required). 

  • Is parking included at hotel?

    Special IMVAC self parking is 10.00 per day. The front desk will validate your parking at this rate.

  • Who should attend IMVAC USA?

    Vibration analysts, condition monitoring technicians, and maintenance reliability managers who want to improve their knowledge about vibration analysis and complementary technologies (Thermography, Wear Particle, Oil Analysis, Motor Testing, Ultrasound, Lubrication, Shaft Alignment and Field Testing).

  • What is included in the conference registration fee?

    For each day of your 3 or 4 day conference pass: continental breakfast, snack and refreshment break, lunch, access to the exhibition hall, choice of four streams of presentations, evening reception/dinner, and all conference presentations available for download before, during and after the conference. Please note: the conference fee does not include travel or hotel expenses.

  • How can I purchase tickets to Walt Disney World?

    We have a dedicated link that you can use to book Disney tickets at a discounted price (10% off 2+ day pass) as well as after 3pm day tickets. Tickets must be purchased by Sunday, November 5th to receive the discounted rate.

  • Is internet available during the event?

    Free Wi-Fi will be available throughout the entire hotel during the duration of the conference.

  • How do I make changes to my registration?

    You can update your IMVAC conference registration from your emailed confirmation. You can also update your registration by going to the conference registration website and click “Modify registration”. You will enter your email address and reference number. Once you make your changes you will be emailed a revised conference registration.

  • Who should I contact regarding special requests?

    During the registration process you will have the opportunity to note any dietary, allergy or special assistance requests you require. If additional assistance is needed, please call +1 (206) 842-4000 ext. 3.

  • How do I obtain a VISA letter of invitation?

    Email kaitie.conly@vibrationconference.com with the subject: IMVAC USA Visa Invitation.

  • How do I cancel my registration?

    Attendee cancellations received in writing no later than October 5, 2017 will be issued a full refund of conference fees, less a $125 administration fee. No refunds will be made for cancellations after October 5, 2017 or for no shows at the conference.

    If you are unable to attend the conference, you may transfer your registration to another person in your company. Please e-mail your requests to Becky at becky.partipilo@vibrationconference.com.
